Registration Fees:
Individual Fee - $95 or
Closed Roster Team Fee - $1200
(Up to 13 players, 14th and 15th players pay individual registration fee)
The following is included with the Registration Fee:
- Uniform – Shirt, Visor and Socks (Team value $200)
- 10 Games
- Participation trophies
- Supplemental Player Insurance
Team benefits include:
- 7 Blackout Dates
- Game Balls Provided ($40 Value)
- Coaches Clinic
- 1 hr. 45 min. unlighted Practice on game fields for PBA Teams - additional $40
- Team Uniform Discount of $200 for teams not ordering through PBA

Waitlist Registrations Accepted - beginning April 4th:
$20 Late Fee added to Individual Registration amount
